The end of the year is approaching, and at Security Flexpartners, now renamed BAEK Beveiliging, we certainly haven't been standing still. The past quarter has been all about growth, changes and new ambitions. Here is a look behind the scenes at the most recent developments.

A new name, a new identity

What began as a modest enterprise has grown into a dynamic security company in the space of three years. This growth called for a revision of our identity. Thus BAEK Beveiliging was created, a name that perfectly reflects our core values: stability, security and direction. We are proud to be a beacon for both our clients and our employees.

New faces in the office

Our team has expanded with three new colleagues:

• Bart Hoekstra, our energetic planner, who is giving his career a new twist with his experience in route planning.
• Chris Heemskerk, planner and HR specialist, who now applies his many years of experience in security to recruitment and personnel matters.
• Elske Bosma, intern and administrative talent, who will be given a permanent role within our team after graduating.

These new hires bring not only new skills, but also strengthen the team spirit within our company.

Move to Surhuisterveen

As our company has grown, our current office became too small. Therefore, we are moving to a new location in Surhuisterveen at the end of December. This move not only offers more space, but also better visibility and accessibility.

A farewell and a new beginning

Unfortunately, we are saying goodbye to our valued business manager, Bouwinus, who is going to pursue his passion as an independent job coach. At the same time, we welcome Nico Draaisma as his successor. We wish both gentlemen every success in their new challenges.
