A mission with heart, head and responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes security is more than a function. Sometimes it is humanity in uniform.
We are proud to announce that BAEK Beveiliging has won the tender for the security of the Ukrainian reception centres in the municipality of Midden-Groningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This assignment is not just a new job. It is a social mission in which hospitality, safety and humanity come together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety for those who had to leave their home and hearth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Temporary accommodation has been set up at four locations in Midden-Groningen for a total of around 365 displaced persons from Ukraine.
People who had to leave their home, but are trying to land here again \u2014 in peace, with dignity and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our role? Ensuring those places truly feel like safe havens. Not by creating distance, but precisely by being close.
Our security guards are the first point of contact upon arrival, the calm presence in the background, and the professionals who take action when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What \u201chospitality security\u201d means at BAEK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The municipality of Midden-Groningen explicitly asked for a welcoming form of security.
That means: not just protecting, but also taking the burden off their shoulders. Not just supervising, but showing empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The war in Ukraine continues to affect thousands of lives. Municipalities in the Netherlands have the responsibility to provide safe accommodation \u2014 and we feel honored to contribute to that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For our security guards, this work means more than a rota or a post. It means being present at crucial moments in the lives of others.
    Offering a listening ear, preventing escalations, and bringing calm where tension might arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
