cuvee louis 2008 blanc de blancs Moët & Chandon With a shimmering pale goldenBillecart Salmon Cuvee Louis 2008 Blanc de Blancs Champagne Billecart Salmon was founded in 1818 by Nicolas Franois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon in Mareuil sur A, near Epernay. Still family run, it is currently led by seventh generation Mathieu Roland Billecart. In 2016, after 30 years, Chef de Cave Franois Domi retired, passing the role to Florent Nys, who joined the company in 2005. The vineyards are managed by Denis Ble, with key members of the
